The Hudson Homes Team is proud to announce our brand-new home design range!

Over the past 5 years, we’ve learnt what works and what needed to be changed. We’ve listened to what our customers want in their dream home, whether it’s their first, their last, or even an investment. We have now completely redone our entire range of designs to suit all tastes, budgets and block sizes.

With over a dozen new design families, and all existing home designs being completely revised and updated, there’s something for everyone. With single story houses fitting on a minimum block width of 9.63m and double story homes fitting on blocks from 8.99m, there’s a design to fit every block as well.

Hudson Homes has expanded our home designs range from approximately 80 individual floorplans to over 200, with all pre-existing designs also receiving a refresh. We are also proud to announce our new range of Aqua mini-homes, for those looking to invest in the construction of a granny flat. Our new home design range has the perfect floorplan to suit every family size, with houses from 3 to 6 bedrooms and 1 to 6 bathrooms.

This huge overhaul prompted us to completely rethink the way present all our information to you. To match our gorgeous new home designs, we have entirely revamped all our brochures and booklets. A lot of love has gone into this project and we are proud of the end result. We are also looking at a potential refresh for out Hudson Homes website.

Hudson Homes founder and CEO, Danny Assabgy, fell in love with one of our brand-new designs; the Champagne. He sees it as the perfect design for his growing family and has decided to build one for his own, personal, dream home.
